TERMS OF TRADES 

By placing an order on this website, you automatically accept the conditions below. Therefore, we will recommend you read the terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase at handvark.com. 

You must be at least 18 years old to shop at handvark.com 

Alle prices are specified in local valuta, but it will always be settled in DKK at checkout. Prices in Denmark & EU include VAT. 

 

DELIVERY 

We offer delivery free of charge for orders within the EU (Greenland and Åland Islands excluded). All deliveries are as standard to curb, it is however possible in Denmark to upgrade to indoor delivery with the freight forwarder.

In case of damage in transport we must know within 48 hours upon receiving goods. Please include photos of original packaging and contact support@handvark.com.

If you are settled outside of the EU and wish to purchase from HANDVÄRK FURNITURE, please contact info@handvark.com or browse our global map of retailers.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Products of HANDVÄRK FURNITURE are covered by Danish Sale of Goods and gives 2 years to advertise. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. The complaints does not apply to errors or damage by incorrect use of the product.

HANDVÄRK FURNITURE will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.  

 

PAYMENT 

You can pay with following payment cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB & American Express at handvark.com. 

A fee is charged for certain types of payment cards - these charges appear at the payment site. 

When purchasing stock items, payment will only be deducted from your account once the items have been shipped. 

When purchasing order items, payment will be deducted immediately after ordering and you will receive order confirmation with following delivery date. 

As default all products of HANDVÄRK FURNITURE are made to order unless anything else is described below the item. 

 

PAYMENT SECURITY 

All communication between our payment system and the owner of the cardholder takes places via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Only PBS has access to your data. Neither HANDVÄRK FURNITURE or other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged at a purchase. Your personal data is 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one will get access to them. 

 

TAXES & VAT 

For purchases from all EU countries, Danish VAT is paid. For purchases from countries outside the EU, no VAT is paid, but the costumer is responsible for paying local taxes and fees on delivery. Please note that this may delay shipments as the goods will be withheld from customers. It is the costumer’s responsibility to contact relevant authorities and pay the statuary costs. 

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

When shopping at handvark.com you have 14 days of right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you; 

  • Received your order 
  • received the last item in physical possession, in case of an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order and with are delivered individually. 
  • received the last batch or the last part of your order in physical possession in case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of lots or parts. 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an email to info@handvark.com. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret by simply refusing to revise the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this, 

 

PRIVACY POLICY  

We take privacy and security concerns seriously. It is important to ensure your personal data is protected when using our services. 

HANDVÄRK FURNITURE won’t reveal your information to 3. parts, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. 

HANDVÄRK FURNITURE will not use your name, e-mail, address, credit card or personal data without your prior permission. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an email to info@handvark.com. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret by simply refusing to revise the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this, 

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item until it is received at our address.
